When I get a free online TV channel, the picture on the screen takes a long time to appear. And when the picture appears it stops and I have to wait for a long time for the motion of the picture. I'll be grateful to you if you could solve this problem?

I really want to watch certain movies that haven't come out yet on DVD. A few months ago I watched Twilight before it came out on DVD but it was extremely hard to find. I specifically want to watch Knowing online. I am so anxious to see it soon. I know it's coming out on DVD on 7/7/09. If you guys have any sites that I can watch this movie online that would be great.
www.watch-movies-links.net is good but some of the movies on there are bad quality. Alluc.org is ok but doesn't have a big selection.
I need a site that I can watch rtl2 tv(a german tv channel) online in my country KOSOVO(A little country in europe).Don't give me Zattoo because it's not longer available at my country.
